This happens no matter whether I'm on WiFi or cellular, and regardless of whether I'm on home WiFi, work, etc. But anytime I attempt to do that it just sits there loading infinitely and it never loads.

The app brought up a screen that stated that the phone should be ready for pickup in two hours. I completed the online forms and gave my information and credit card, which was debited for the taxes.
